The FCC / CE has been patched in the latest DJI GO 4.3 Android app it seems. With the controller I'm starting to loose signal again at 100m. Unbelievable how unstable it is. From where I can download the mod version please?

Always perform a backup of the current app if you have Android so you can restore if they fix something which is valuable to us users. If this is fixed this loophole the Spark is useless in CE mode. Much more prone to connection issues.

As a word of advise, always: Read the manual and make sure you understand it's limitations. Fly Line of Sight LOS and never go beyond. Always operate from land. For e.g. Do not operate from a moving boat. Make sure you are aware of the local regulations before flying abroad. ....and the...

Is there a tiny standalone GPS tracker with a simcard capable of sending small packets of data (coordinates) say every xx mins? You can use Google maps to locate it. No need to have all this equipment with you when flying. :)

OTG cable doesn't improve distance as some stated. However it will improve slightly the video latency. The improvement is so minimal that it is hardly noticeable by a human eye ;)

I also might have experienced the same issue. Was still able to control the quad dispite the message displayed 'Aircraft disconnected'.

A strange issue occurred after taking a video by mistake and wanted to delete it. Spark was on the ground in ATT mode with motors running. Suddenly while trying to delete the video which for some reason failed to delete the AC disconnected followed by an error. After approx 30sec...
