I have two sparks, both with flymore. Sorry to hear of your loss of the spark. I too live in GA and was curious as to where you are.

I spent the bucks and bought DJI gogles. Use a usb cable and works well with the spark.

Ok, I've been learned alot on this forum and appreciate everyone sharing their knowledge and or experience. I need some answers to my air map confusion. I put in the "flight plan" and get the reply "Airspace Authorization is either not available or not applicable to this flight" Not sure...

Here in Augusta GA, there is a ban of no flying in the city one week before up til one week after the master's. Other limits too and all done at the local level.

I'm over in the Augusta area and there are some parks around Clark's hill lake. I've checked with the rangers there and they do not allow any flying. Mainly cause people complain about privacy stuff. Some areas are fine as long as there are no people on beaches, etc.

Sounds crazy but I'd suggest you and a friend try something. Get it up in the air about 60' or so. and then your friend, who is coordinated, stand under with a large pillow or blanket. Also make sure that when he/she looks up at the spark, they are not blinded by sunlight. Try the maneuver...
