Hello! I'll be bringing my Spark to Spain and Portugal. I've looked at the websites for the countries and I cannot find if I need to do any preregistration or notification to them that I will be using the drone in their country. Any tips?

I haven't witnessed much of a lag, but then again, I'm just getting used to looking at both the drone and screen. I can see where a lag may be of concern. Thanks for the info!
