Buy the Spark,excellent quality and performance, and get the care and refresh. Dji is responsive and helpful, if a little hard to understand. But you can always get attention to your issue.

2 1/2 week turn around, rather.

After dunking mine I started the dji care case. Got shipping label and instructions. Sent it to Cali. and had a 2/12 wk turnaround. Amazing, new drone! So I had to re-connect spark and controller. Updates all current. Now when I connect both only the rc shows up on wifi. Spark flys beautifully...

One thing I have to know, I think you said you contacted dji and another unit is on the way? Somehow, either you have an inside person you contacted, or you went around the protocol dji has for replacement. So please enlighten us. Ron
