Great question. We haven't heard of any issues yet with the screws falling out. The props are extremely lightweight though, so maybe they're just planning for those to have to be replaced pretty frequently.

Only time will tell!!

What state would we be shipping to? Free shipping is generally UPS ground. You can also see faster shipping options while checking out. We have sent a number of them out USPS priority mail which gets most anywhere in a couple days.
