Are Spark batteries "intelligent"?

Are the Spark batteries made to be like the intelligent, smart Mavic batteries? Ex. Do they discharge themselves for storage, etc. etc. I would like to know how to get my two Spark batteries ready for winter storage once my time for flying becomes limited, along with WELL below 14 degree F. weather arrives.

If they sit unused for 10 days they will discharge down to about 60%. If you press the test button during the 10 day period, the 10 day timer starts over.
