Iceland is a great place for drones. Don't expect to be able to bring your drone to any tourist attraction, as there are "no drones allowed" signs everywhere.
What you can do, is park your car away from any attraction and just fly your drone in from a distance. No one would ever notice sparky if you do it like that ??

Yes, we are all waiting in anticipation! Be careful not to step on any authoritarian toes... sure you've seen this but what the heck Remotely-controlled aircraft (Drones)

Cheers everybody. Got a very good haul of material from Sparky on this trip. Truly epic landscapes everywhere. I am hoping to have an edited piece beaten into shape mid week. Hope summer is being good to all pilots here. Time to catch up on what folks are doing.
