Hi. Traveling to San Marcos CA next week and staying on San Marcos Lake. Wouldnt mind bringing Spark.

- What do I need to do to fly in the US?
- What are the regulations?

- Has anyone flown around San Marcos Lake? Anything I need to know? Thanks

All registered. So I looked at the B4UFly app and where we are staying there appears to be a small airport and helipad within 5 miles. The DJI app however shows nothing. I can drive and find somewhere else. Is the DJI app just not updated?

Since I'm new, as in... just got my Spark last night - new, I was hoping someone else would chime in. But I believe you're correct. One of the last things I had to do was update my data last night as I was going through setup. I live in the shadow of a very large airport that's more than 5 mi. away, but also just outside a major no-fly zone so setup was trying to update my geo-fencing, is what I believe. There must be a way to update the maps thru the DJI 4 Go App.

It will be interesting to see the results tonight when I actually try my first test flight.
