Changing Wifi

I arrived in Spain, and my video signal is lost at a short distance (with OTG).
I believen the WiFi needs changing.
When I go custom, it only shows the 5.8G, but I believe I need the 2.4G. How do I fix this? I've done a reset & reinstall of app. Can someone supply detailed wealth through?

The short answer is to not use OTG when changing band or channel.
Connect your device to RC via WIFI, start up drone and have everything connected.
Change whatever, wait for success..
Then power down everything..
Reconnect like normal with OTG..
Now it should be running on your new channel/band.

Or download an older version just for this purpose.
APKmirror (DJI GO 4) is a safe haven.

Go for the 4.1.15..that's the recommended rock solid version many users still use.

I had the same problem so I sent to dji. I justt received an email saying they replaced main board.
