Since our daily heat is so high I have done most flying in early morning with temperatures in the low 90’s.

Yesterday evening the sky was just tremendous with huge thunder heads everywhere surrounded by blue skies and sun rays.

My problem, no matter how bad I wanted to get some quick photos, I am afraid of the heat even for a short hop.
The temp was 106 just before sundown.
Has anyone ventured out into 100 deg. + heat??

DJI specifications are 0° to 104° F.

Probably good but the battery is going to be hotter which I assume is ok since the flight is within the the flight specifications of DJI.

The device might give out before the Spark.

I'm in Florida so I feel your pain. Bottom line: Extreme heat is tough on all the Spark's components. If I need to fly in the heat it's short flights with a good cool-down period if I need to go up again.

Only choice is to fly in the afternoon where the heat is not high enough.
