DJI SPARK repair a dead battery with TRB2300 and tools

I have two battery packs that are dead because they were not used for a couple of years.
When I try to charge them on the charger cradle it shows only a red LED.

No Green LED light up on either of the batteries.

I carefully split one of the cases open and found that the voltage of the three packs are 2.63, 2.63 and 2.59.

If the cells still have this voltage does this mean the problem is with the built in control board?

Is there anyway I can revive these packs?

With those voltages The batteries can be saved but you need the equipment and software I have the BMS will never reset but if you take probes from like a multi meter hook them up to a charger and charge each Cell up to 3.8 and then put it back in the charger and they may start back up but most likely it has a PF or an SS error And has to be a reset it before the battery charger will charge the batteries

thanks Cruzroy.
I watched the video you did using your TBR 2300 and thought i too could do it if I had the equipment.
What does a TBR 2300 cost? cant seem to find one listed anywhere.

its a web based software that works with the TI ev2300

What charger would you suggest I use to jog the voltage up to 3.8V
I have a 9V 500Ma . Should I use that in short burst?

Hi Bob, I was wondering how you got on with this ? I too have a couple of dead batteries, one never used ! Be damned if I'm going to pay DJI $842 for 2 new batteries ;-)
Found the TRB software here TRB-2300 | Battery repairement . It appears that it needs a subscription, expensive in Euro currency for just doing a couple of dead batteries.
The TI-ev2300 is replaced with the new TI-ev2400 ... RS has them at AUS$582.66. I've bought a Chinese knock off for <AUS$80 delivered ... let's see if this works, pins look to be the same

TRB-2300 | Battery repairement will work, but you need DJI/advance licence are you talking about spark batteries....wow 842 for batteries , well the US want green deal, it raised Lithium prices to the sky.....good luck tesla.....but i get 25 a battery and you ship both ways, so 2 batteries is about 70 bucks

Yes, Spark batteries ... I directed a link to your vid from another Youtube battery care vid ... lots of very unhappy spark pilots with dead batteries.
That's a good deal, Cruzroy. I already have the ev-2400 in transit and TRB has given me a free license for their software so I'll see how I go. Shipping these LiPO batteries from Australia to USA could be a fire hazard problem?
