I have two battery packs that are dead because they were not used for a couple of years. When I try to charge them on the charger cradle it shows only a red LED. No Green LED light up on either of the batteries. I carefully split one of the cases open and found that the voltage of the three packs are 2.63, 2.63 and 2.59. If the cells still have this voltage does this mean the problem is with the built in control board? Is there anyway I can revive these packs?
