Downloading Files to Mobile

It states that a 10 second preview of the video is generated but when I download the file to my phone its that same 10 second video and not the full 26 second video I initially recorded. What am I doing wrong here? I'm attempting to download via my mobile connected to RC via OTG cable.

I am unaware with that problem. However, I noted that download via Wifi connected directly to the AC is fast (4 Mbit/s) while via the RC is not (1 MBit/s), even with the phone OTG-connected. I obtained full files in both cases though.
