Here are some search results from the SparkPilots Forum.
They all seem to point towards the GPS board and the lack of communication within it to make the Spark operational.
Sort of like the board ( bored ) meetings we may attend at company functions. A lot is said but nothing is connected to the components that make it run.?
It may require trip to DJI for a diagnostic review and / or service if you want them to fix it.
Another option is to replace the board yourself if you are familiar with electronics and replacing the parts.
There are plenty of YouTube disassembly videos of the Spark to help guide you should you do it yourself.
