Those are some great pictures! That is surely the first straight down panorama picture I have ever seen. I did not know that could be done. I hope that was not too critical. :)

thanks for your kind words!

I really like the panorama, it is something different and interesting. You should do something with this!
As for the other photos: you should have a look at the AEB-function of the Spark. With some editing it will allow you to overcome the large contrasts in your photos.

AEB-function of the Spark

I am not aware of this function, but I will look it up. If there is a way to increase the dynamic range of the Spark's camera, that would be most useful!
Thank you!

Use the aeb and think of getting some gradient filters. That is the first buy when I get a new drone now.
Gradient filters are brilliant.

I am sorry if that this is a stupid question, but are you sure the Spark's gimbal/camera are designed to accept filters? if yes, where can I buy them and what shall I get? If not, how do you mount the filters?
thanks for any advice!

I have not found any filters that will make it through the pano process.
But then again, I haven't shelled out the big bucks for the official DJI filters.

Great shots for a beginner - and I mean that in the good way :D

PolarPro filters work.

The AEB function of the Spark is only slighty helpfull, it will capture photos at -1, 0 and +1 stop exposure. It does help a bit, but for really bright skies it is simply not enough. And it requires software that creates HDR images, I personally use Lightroom, which does a decent job.
