Yes and no. In the opening shots I was unable to maintain visual contact with the Spark, but I maintained a +-10ft distance from home point. I called the local airport and told them what I wanted to do and they didn't really seem to mind at all. I hope what you mean by VLOS is Visual Line Of Sight. If this doesn't answer your question please elaborate. Thanks.
