Frosty morning in Oxfordshire.....

The quality of the picture on your Spark is really good. Mine seems to be having problems focusing. I'm downloading from the SD card to my laptop.

I have the settings in power director but only for editing. I haven't had a issue with focusing yet. Sounds like you are doing the right thing with laptop and SD card. I don't have a lap top so edit on phone. Bit tricky!

What setting you using in powerdirector I have the windows version and use the Android version as well. Do you just use the 1080p setting.

Yes I use the 1080p and also go into settings and adjust the fps to try and mat h the frames it's shot at

Can you share more about your matching FPS settings? I have kept my settings pretty much Auto but understand the FPS match is next step in my video development. Thx.

Hi Ned, Yes of course, I have copied and pasted exactly how it was explained to me some time ago........
This was a post I received on an earlier video I did. Very helpful guy called Richard.[emoji106]
Hope this helps you.....

nice video. Look at the frame rate of your video editor timeline. If possible, change it to match the frame rate of the Spark, which is 29.97 FPS. This can help smoothen out the steppiness of the video as evident with the train passing, and the cars in the round about. If you are able to do that, you may also want to try reducing the playback to 80%, which will convert the Sparks 29.97 down to 23.97, which is effectively Hollywoods 24 FPS. this too will smoothen out video though not as noticeably as matching the frame rate of the Spark
