Help ! With assistant 2 admin

I uninstalled the current version of assistant so I could replace it with v1.1.2 so I could mod some parameters. The shortcut on the desktop shows up with the windows shield on it. Whenever I try to use it, I get a message asking if I want to run as administrator. It works once I click yes, but why does it do this ? It did the same on the version I uninstalled also. Of course it's my computer and I am the administrator. I know other people have had to figure this out before, so someone around here has to know the trick. Thanks !

On every windows machine there is a hidden Administrator.
We all see this popup.
Even your txt editor has to be run as Administrator to change the file.

It's call User Account Control and Haggi is correct, It's on all Windows operating systems. It helps to insure that no unwanted software gets installed in your computer. It can be turned off but why would you want to? It's not a big deal to click "yes".
