Help with Spark power loss

Hi all

I have a problem with my Spark - was flying yesterday and for a few seconds it was flying very erratically, then it just seemed to lose power and went down. Battery was still connected and powering the LEDs and camera, so don't know what happened.

I have downloaded the black box info with Assistant 2, and have two questions -

First, is there anyone here who can help, and what info do you need to be able to help?

Second, I can't post on the DJI Spark forum - I get a message saying I don't have authority to post in the "new" forum, and get redirected to another forum which also won't let me post - does anyone know what's going on and how I get authority to post?

My guess would be one of two things.
1) You have a damaged rotor which isn’t supplying the aircraft enough power to stay in flight.
2) You have a bad cell within the battery which isn’t providing enough power to keep the aircraft in flight. However, if this was the case, you would be getting an error message within the DJI GO 4 app.
