Nice production value on the video!
I too mountain bike, road bike, snow ride, and ride a motorcycle. Currently there is NO pro-sumer drone capable of doing what I/we want. I think those of us that are into an "active lifestyle" and either use or have used a GoPro imagined the same type of thing; "fire and forget", or more appropriately, "push the start button and forget".
Current drones aren't fast enough (in "follow me" type modes), smart enough, or "aware" enough to stay on us and avoid obstacles to include being smart enough to know whether it should go above or below trees/tree limbs.
It is just a matter of time though. I believe we'll see something like this in the next few years...
