Well, it is brighter because on the second one shot as a video, a storm was rolling in.

Brightness or tonal quality was secondary for me. I just liked the movement of the clouds in the 1st one.

So individual photos or accelerated videos are both hyperlapse so long as the camera is moving.

I just noticed this. Are you saying you recorded 5500 seconds to get 1 sec in this hyperlapse?

No, I'm saying the second one is a video.
To match the rate of the first one that was individual photos taken 30 pics per minute, I had to speed up the video in Adobe Premier by 5500%

OK. I get that now. You wrote 5500x in the previous post and had me confused. 5500% would be 55x as 100% is original speed.

that makes sense with the calculations we made today.
30 frames a minute (1 pic every 2 sec) compressed to 30 frames per second comes out to 60x speed or 6000%
