Was out shooting basically a boring sunset then lightning began behind the clouds.

Only thing that would have made it better would have been to have had my Inspire 2 / X5S up in the air instead.

But I was very impressed with the image quality of the spark. For as far away as that was, it came out pretty sharp.

Very nice... try upscaling the video to 1080p @ 60fps. Should make the lightning look smoother.

That video clip is 2 seconds slowed down 4x to 8 seconds. I don't think anything could change the smoothness.
