"Link cancelled" error message

Hi. Got my Spark over a month now and recently updated to the latest firmware. Whenever I try to use any of the Pano shots, including Sphere, I get the following message: link cancelled due to shooting timeout.

The Spark would take just one or two shots and then the error message pops up. I tried at different altitudes and in no wind. But nothing works. I refreshed the firmware on all 3 of my batteries as well.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Please help. Thanks.

Happens to me too - everytime!

I experienced link error when I was using the sunnylife brand filter. They were preventing the pic three i panos because the gimbal couldn’t travel up all the way. I would check to make sure you don’t have anything blocking the upward motion of the gimbal.

Thanks for the replies. I finally got all the Pano modes to work after removing the PL Filter I had attached to the Gimbel.
