Is it the cached photo from your phone?

If it is then that's the problem. The cached photos are poor quality and are used for reference.

The good stuff is on the Sparks SD card which has to download to your phone or PC.

Yeah that's the odd thing. The source file I uploaded was definitely the actual photo off the SD card. Let me try uploading it again.

There are a couple way to post images. I have had good luck by using the Attach Files button (see below circled in Red). Then it should ask if you want to insert a Thumbnail of that file into your message so when click on the Thumbnail your Attached File opens for them to view.
