Problema de grabación

Mi spark solo graba 13 segundos, alguien sabe como solucionar ese problema

I don't speak Spanish but maybe we can still help. Are you saying that your Spark only records video for 13 seconds?

Yes, wen take off and press the record button or trie to realize any Quick shot, its just record 13 seconds, I reset de memori card, erase de cache and the problem continuos, so, change the memori and the problem its resoult, I think that the memori card is the trouble

The memory card is a good possibility. Make sure that the card has enough capacity and speed. Also, try formatting the card and retrying it. Please let us know how things work out.

Hes right, It could be the card speed. There is always some cache or buffer, if the card is slow it will stop when the buffer fills.

Thanks everyone, the problem was the memoy card, I changed it and now I have no problem
