Just wanted to give Kudos to DJI for their repair process. I had an issue that I needed to get repaired - my fault. Went online last Wednesday, filled out a form and hit submit. A short time later a UPS airbill showed up in my email. Sent it that afternoon and it arrived Friday. Monday morning I get a diagnosis and estimate, which I thought were quite reasonably priced. Made payment and within a couple of hours I had a shipping notification (and new serial number). Should be here by Wednesday.....so all in all 7 days start to finish. Good email updates all along the process.
