Cool! From my experience, the lag is not the Spark, but you phone. Firstly, switch it to flight mode so that it ignores all external interruptions like internet, text messages, etc. which will make a slightly faster already. Also using an OTG-cable instead of WiFi between phone and controller, does help. If still laggy, then your phone is not up to the job unfortunately.
