Unlock no fly zone

I am trying to unlock an authorization zone. I have spoke to the people that run a very small airport on my island and they have said it should be fine to fly, with reasonable precautions. So I tried in app on site and it would never work, I just figured it was the crappy internet service on the island, so I try and do it online at DJI - The World Leader in Camera Drones/Quadcopters for Aerial Photography but it keeps telling me the verification code is incorrect.

Anyone else had an issue?

Since I just got my spark....I don’t think so. I just want to take some footage of my towns water tower, there are other places on my island I would like to film, but they can wait.

I don’t think it is a lock down, simply a database error. It goes through the steps, it just can’t seem to keep track of the numbers it gives me. Tried again this morning with no luck.
