Won't fly

I haven't used my spark in 2 weeks turned it on tonight and first of all it wouldn't connect the remote to the aircraft so I did the 9 second thing on the remote and aircraft and the led on the remote turned green but on the spark itself it has started flashing red any ideas

Take it step by step.

-Turn on remote
-Turn on Spark
-Connect OTG cable between phone and Spark, or connect to Spark Wifi
-Run DJI GO

What does DJI GO say?

Are you actually using an OTG cable, and if not, get one! Are all your updates up to date? Indoors or outdoors? Anyhing else nearby with strong radio signals?

You should connect spark to go4 app, and see what's wrong.

As you can see in the manual, low battery or IMU problem, can cause red flashing (different number of flashes per second, though).
