    I don't know if it would work for ios but I was updated RC firmware via OTG on android. Connect RC to phone with OTG connect phone on my home network via wifi and update. Quick and easy.

    No, for that you need to modify AC firmware.

    Yeah I understand your frustration but those kind of things can happen, I hope you will get your spark as soon as possible. It is a great quad and you will have a lot of fun with it.

    Refurbished drones have same warranty as brand new, if u bought it from DJI as u said you can contact DJI and they will fix it or replace it.

    Yes OTG works, but it was not official and supported by DJI. With this new fw it will be officially supported by DJI and probably better than as is now.

    It seams that new firmware for spark AC and RC coming with official OTG support. RC Firmware: v01.00.0500; AC Firmware: v01.00.1000
