When the Spark "lands/crash lands" will it not turns itself off? Will it still emit a wifi signal? If so then yes this will be another general way of identifying its location.
It wouldn't be hard to add a sim card slot even into the Spark (or any other drone) for that matter. A nano sim is tiny...
I would like to find 3G version as all the ones I have found so far seem to be 2G only which is no good in Australia any more as our carriers have switched of their 2G networks now. (Vodafone will be off in March 18) I am not sure how effective the bluetooth "key trackers" would be for a Spark...
Use the code "flytpath" in the coupon code section of their website for a discount. I follow Flytpath on youtube and they do some good drone tutorials. (Mavmount.com)
A scary moment indeed.
I have just taken delivery of my Mavmount ipad bracket from the US. It has a lanyard attachment to avoid what happened in your post. Its a quality build being a lightweight alloy and the ball joint is really great with no 'sag' with the iPad weight at all.
lol that sucks. Mine are in the post so we will see how goes with the combination of the 2. There should be enough play room there not to put strain on the plug. Using an Ipad mini with a bracket, but also have Android Note 5/S8 option.
Yes just saw a good review of these on YouTube and they look like good quality for the money. Have read that many of the cheaper copy ones can be too heavy and therefore not function properly...
I have seen sets of 3,4, or 6 camera filters on Ebay etc. Does anyone use any filters, if so what filters are you using? I am thinking maybe a polarising as I have on my own camera but not sure if others are worthwhile.

Cheers thanks for that. Not long until Xmas now :) Will just have to stick to YouTube and the forums for now and should be an expert before I unbox it lol
So only DJI Refresh is available for the Spark. I have a Spark put away still unopened for Xmas. I am assuming I still have 48 hours from the time I actually turn on and activate my Spark as opposed to when i purchased it?
