It was ordered from DJI and since posting this their customer service has been great. Bag came from China and they have sent a label to return it to DJI’s local place here in Australia for a refund . So far 10 out of 10 for DJI customer service.
:(Hi my wife has just realised that she has wrapped under the tree a Spark case which I already had with my flymore pack. (Which I don’t use)
My question is has anyone ever returned an item to DJI for a refund and was it an easy process?
My Spark doesn’t seem to idle very well when I place it and fire up the props, revs go up and down a little. As soon as I increase the revs a little it’s fine . Is that quite normal .
Is there any reason why putting my iPhone into flight mode then switching wifi back on should cause any problems?
It seems to be working ok. No cable connected.
