Only solution is rolling back the app version, which has worked for me. Doesn't seem right spending so much money on a drone but have to use and an outdated app to make it work at a decent level.

Update for android app has just dropped, I wonder if it will cure the multitude of problems that people suffered since the last update.

What a mess that update was! Had multiple failures after take off, press RTH at which point it shot off away from the take off point. Fortunately signal was lost very quickly and it did a normal automatic return home. I should have never taken off as it was showing no telemetry but I really...
