My spark is a $700 paperweight...

I had some awful trouble upgrading the Firmware of the Controller/Spark and the Batteries. I needed to install the DJI 4.0 app via an old mirror, do the updates and then upgrade the app. Right pain.

Cheers, I actually got this working in my flat the other day. Not taken the Spark out since to test in the real world. I bought the same cable from Amazon UK. Thanks for your help.

So when on the home screen of the App and it says, connect to controller via WiFi? If it tries to do that, the OTG isn't working right? I think it's my Android settings that is making this go all wonky.

I am not convinced this works either. Still looks like it connects to the WiFi of the remote. BUT, the connect is stronger when connected. How do you actually test this?
