Not 100% sure they won't for the Spark. With reduced sound and longer flight time on the Mavic, it would make sense to make the offer to Spark owners to get similar benefits. Only time will tell. Fun to speculate.

Get the remote with the Fly More Combo. You get the AC charger + the 3 Battery charger + extra battery + the prop guards (probably don't need as you are a Mavic owner). The incremental cost of the controller and these items is well worth it.

Yes, I also observed someone ("not me") attempt to plug in a micro usb cable only to see a red led. Its a shame. I carry around and Anker 40+ W 4 port usb charger. I would be nice to be able to recharge camera batteries, iOS devices and my Spark with one USB charger when travelling.
