This has happened a lot. I am an experienced pilot and it happened to me. This is a product defect and DJI refuses to acknowledge it. my post will probably be deleted.

This happened to me and many others it has nothing to do with the cable these are just failing. You should post this and file a complaint with the federal consumer protection agency as this is a dangerous situation. DJI is trying to hide this flaw.

youtube has others complaining of same issue. The Dji research department is backed up. My guess is they are trying to hide the issue. Very poor support no answers. It doesn't dive it just stops dead and falls like a rock.
