At one point both my batteries worked fine. But it's just this one that is causing issues now.

Both batteries have equal use. Can't get exact number right now but less than 100 flights. More like 50-75. I purchased both in the fly more combo back in Oct-Sep 2017.

Have you tried factory reset the iPad. I was having disconnect issues with my brand new Google pixel. Factory reset fixed everything.

I'm not using otg just wifi. But in my video u can see the issue I'm having. Works fine with my Nexus 5x right after having the pixel hooked up

I also have a Nexus 7 I could try. It's the 2013 model as well. I will attempt to see if that works.

One of the motors on mine is quite a bit louder. It depends on the conditions you are flying in. If it's fighting the wind try turning it and see if one of the other motors get louder

Mine does that almost every flight. No OTG, but eventually it lets me continue on.

I bought mine about a month ago for $648 shipped from Amazon, still a good deal though
