I insert my SD card from the spark into slot 1 of the cs. Select file i want to copy to an 8 GB flash drive, select copy and paste. Transfer comes up momentarily and then vanishes. The flash drive is plugged into the USB port on the cs. I have read similar articles about this and have contacted...- Ivor
