greeting, I too am in NJ. Northern NJ. just keep her in sight and go slow for the first couple of flights. Once you've been flying I find that it becomes very intuitive. Have fun!

You may have to send in to dji. At least they are FAST and I have found (with a drone out of warranty) that they are reasonable and will offer you dji care upon return (if you don't already have).
