Mine did the same trick a few weeks ago. I left it in the ziploc bag full of rice, and put a 100 watt bulb over it about a foot away, and left it on all week. So far, it's as good as new.

Thanks! That worked. I lost the last few seconds of the actual crash, but the rest of the footage was fine. Also, after an hour in fresh water, my Spark recovered fully after taking off the body and drying it with a microfiber cloth, then 5 days in rice in a ziplock under a grow light. Just...

I clipped a bridge, and the Spark went underwater for an hour. It's still drying, but I pulled the chip and all stills and video work except the final one which was a video recording when it hit. Can I repair and play the damaged MP-4?

I have a Tello, a Spark and a Mavic Mini, and each one is great for something. As for Spark vs. Mini, that's like asking who your favorite child is. I'm keeping both. There is much to be said for the Mini vs. the Spark, with the 3rd axis on the gimbal, and the battery life being a big deal...

New member in Durham. Lots of interesting footage to be done on and around Great Bay and the tributary rivers, especially the Oyster River.

Been flying my Spark for a few week. Started with a Tello I still enjoy indoors, and bought a Mavik Mini the first day which should arrive before Thanksgiving. There is so much to learn.
