No, I bought it brand new from my local store.

There were some which were edited with photoshop Express like the low pass shot with the lake and the mountain in the background.

So my battery over discharged and tried charging it on the hub and showed an error light. I then tried charging it via USB cable on the spark and this happened. Does anyone know what this means? Is there anyway I can try fix this battery or any tips that could help?

I have a dji spark and I would like to fly in Germany. Would their be anything I need to know or any tips before I do so. I hear I need a fireproof sticker on my drone with my details! Do you think I can get away with flying without one because I would only be doing about 3 flights in total? I...

I am travelling to Switzerland in 2 weeks and would like to know I could fly just for fun with my DJI spark. I've checked air map and the DJI flight restriction zones and every thing seems ok. Would I need any type of insurance as well?

So am I guaranteed to receive a DJI spark in perfect working order if I order from the official DJI website? I don't really care if there are scratches and signs of slight use, but i just want a working spark!
