Hello, I sold the Mavic and kept the Spark. I was looking for convenience and the Spark is very practical. And then I am keeping the money waiting for a future DJI drone that will have the best of the Spark but with better flight time and video

I fly my Drone inside Markham Park - South Florida without any problem. In fact there's an airport for RC airplanes, a trail for RC truck crawlers. This is a great park for flying

I used to have a Mavic, now I am a proud owner of a Spark. One of the things I like the most on the Spark is that there is no need to fold or unfold anything. I enjoy just taking my spark out and be ready to fly. So I'll keep my Spark for now

But of course! Its fun! Its convenient! It flies! It's still relevant!

I bought the Osmo Mobile 3 and love it, it works with the iPhone. I thought the Osmo Pocket worked without anything else Why doest it need a phone?

My suggestion, buy the Spark Fly more combo, enjoy it, have fun and if in one or two years you think you need more or want to get into more professional flying/aerial photography you will have the advantage of spending (or investing) into a newer version of the one you'll really need (Mavic...

I agree with almost all your post, however I had the Mavic Pro and decided to sell it and buy the Spark and honestly I am now a more frequent flyer because I take it anywhere I go, parks, vacation etc. One good point you brought here is flying time, that is a difference that should be accounted...

Then you'll be more than happy with this Spark. Of course, since we are already in august, it will be wise to wait and decide because as Spark 317 said, if you wait you'll find a great deal on the current model. However try asking DJI if there's a new Spark coming.

I think you'll be very happy with the current Spark, it does everything you want it to do. Are you going to use the dron for profesional filming?
