All telemetry works perfectly on iOS 11.2.5 with Go 4.2.4 using OTG for me. iPad Mini 4 cellular in airplane mode.

Just tried it out and all the problems of 4.1.22 seem to be gone. OTG works no warning and my range is back to what it used to be. Flying from my house 2600' now vs 1200-1500' on 4.1.22. Everything seemed fine. While I'm really glad they finally fixed it, DJI really sucks at software...

I bought a used iPad mini 4 back in Sept just for flying. Works great with Mavic and Spark (except 4.1.22 OTG). Glad to hear that's fixed now. Planning on some Spark flights this weekend. I don't like paying the Apple tax but in this case it was worth it.

IMO yellow looks the best! Mine's done lots of great flights.

ActiveTrack is lacking compared to the Mavic - the Spark is missing Spotlight mode. With the Mavic this turned out to be great for shooting MTB rides in close quarters - don't have to worry about obstacles since it doesn't move. Why can't the Spark do this given that it has Trace and Profile...

FCC version went about 1300m using Wifi. Haven't done a distance flight with OTG but flew up a mountain 500m vertically from launch with OTG and no issues at all.

I suspected this was the case - makes total sense. Sometimes I've had trouble with OTG and I'm sure this is it. THANKS!

The QuickShot modes were really done poorly on the initial firmware versions. Most of them really didn't work right. But now on the 600 firmware, all 4 modes work fine. I've only got 10 flights on mine but am pretty happy with it finally. Clearly it was rushed to market. When will DJI ever get...
