    CE to FCC Mode without App Modification (Android)

    hm.. you guys need to think simple. for me to force FCC, i just turn on Airplane Mode + Fake GPS. Works every time. But i notice Go 4 now force back to CE after some time, so need to do this every time. unless use Go 4 mod
