I do not think so, wraps are very thin so it should not block GPS signals unless they had metal in them.

I have a set of Mach Flex carbon fiber props for my spark, they seem to have small performance increase over the stock props.

I have never had to use RTH when flying my spark.. it has activated when losing contact once or twice. I was just curious what range the drone was away from you and what the safe fly zone is.
