I saw the same error when I was flying (over land thankfully). I thought it was some magnetic interference. I promptly brought it back. Since, haven't seen the error. However, after watching this, might keep it close range till DJI addresses it. I'm sorry for your loss :(

I don't believe the intention is to shoot with this on. If you turn the spark on while the cover is on, you'll get a weird error for gimbal overload. It will not move. So you gotta take the cover off and restart it. I think this product is more for transporting protection.
