I've got a 1st gen Mavic Pro, and, like many people, I ordered the 2nd gen props when they came out. I've flown with them quite a few times now, and they're definitely quieter, but I really don't like how they fly. The drone is "mushy" in the air - it doesn't fly nearly as crisply, and position holding is noticeably worse at low altitude.
The props are spinning a good bit slower than the original blades, because they're more corsely pitched, which helps with the noise, but it seems like the motors are struggling a bit to keep them spun up, and there's less power available to respond.
If you've got the same config, what have you worked out over time? I'll use the 2nd gen props if I care about noise, but for just about everything else I do, I fly with the OEM props.
