NASA launched the Perseverance rover mission to Mars today (30 July 2020).

A unique part of the payload is the drone named Ingenuity, that may be deployed if all goes well in February of 2021. ?

Very cool news Spark 317. Exciting possibilities. Sure hope we don't contaminate Mars with Covid 19. , .
When I watched the second clip of the Mars Helicopter lifting off the ground I somehow expected to see tentoes face to appear as it panned up.

Ingenuity, technological experiment, prepares to make the first controlled flight on the Red Planet.
Ingenuity is a drone in the form of a helicopter to explore Mars. Preservance will very soon reach the surface of Mars.
