Advice for flying in Portugal

Hi everyone, I am going to Sao Martinho do Porto (North Portugal) for two weeks in April, 1st week is Family hols, 2nd week Mountain bike with friends.
What are the rules over there and where can I find details to fly.

At a guess similar to Spain. Keep it in Line of sight,no more than 120m height, 500m distance, no flying at night... Etc

What if your drone fell down in a car lot? Insurance may not be optional in a spesific area or country.
