After update the last firmware (Spark, app, rc and all batteries) it has sometimes message “Aircraft disconnected”. All others and flight is normal.. what happened?

At what distance did you get that disconnect?
Is it related to some distance or more random ?
Are the antennas deployed and correctly orientated as describe in the manual ?
Did you updated also the Go4 app?
Are you connected to the RC with cable or wifi ?
Android or IOS ?

Is it working correctly if you use wifi connection instead of OTG cable ?

Your backyard is beautiful.

You mean that you can fly normally with wifi connection and it is only in case you use the OTG cable that you get the disconnect message before take off?
Sorry to ask so many questions, but it is easy to go in the wrong direction with troubleshooting and step by step is the best.

I noticed the same this morning after installing the 600 update last night. I frankly haven't had time to even begin diagnosing yet. Spark behaved normally, video feed was stable and I shot some awesome footage with it, but it is a little disconcerting to get that "Aircraft Disconnected" banner. And I got it right from startup. As a result I didn't take it outside of easy visual / recovery range.

My setup is OTG to an HP Android tablet. I fly mostly manually by sick, but did put it through some tracking drills and such via the app just to see, and they worked fine. If anything (and it might just be lack of coffee this morning) the Spark seemed slightly sluggish on the throttles.
